Chapter 3: Lies and Logic
You arrived at the crime scene; the victim lay on the ground of a back ally way. It was a woman, with long blonde hair. You approximated that she was a young woman, who was recently engaged but the ring was gone, noticeable by the tan line. This also indicated that she had gone through a break up; or it was stolen when she was killed. "The cause of death was the strangulation," you heard someone say not listening but noticing the strangulation marks around the neck. Her upper left arm had been grazed, probably after being pushed out of a car when disposing the body.
"This is the third victim," you said to Sherlock oblivious to anyone else.
He nodded. "Sophie McKenna; a young university student who was murder in the back alley way after walking home from a bookstore; shot in the chest."
